Our Investment Comitee

All investment and divestment decisions are carefully analyzed and reviewed before being presented to the Investment Committee, which incorporates an independent member – Joaquim Montezuma. The Investment Committee’s decisions are then recommended to the board, which will execute only the ones taken by unanimity.

GOLDEN MONARQUE, SCR, S.A., is a small management company, registered at the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado dos Valores Mobiliários/ CMVM), with the corporate purpose of managing alternative investment funds (AIFs).
