GOLDEN MONARQUE HAS TWO FULLY SUBSCRIBED FUNDS AND ONE AVAILABLE FOR SUBSCRIPTION:

GOLDEN MONARQUE, SCR, S.A., is a small management company, registered at the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado dos Valores Mobiliários/ CMVM), with the corporate purpose of managing alternative investment funds (AIFs).

Currently, Golden Monarque has two funds under management:

The Monarque Portugal L1 Fund, Closed-End Venture Capital Fund (MPL1)
Launched in November 2019, MPL1 is the first fully subscribed fund in Portugal with 100% of its subscribers applying for the Golden Visa.

The Monarque Portugal L2 Fund, Closed-End Venture Capital Fund (MPL2)
Launched in February 2021, MPL2 is fully subscribed.

The allocated capital for both funds has been effectively invested in accordance with their respective investment policies. Notably, a series of transactions have been concluded, collectively constituting approximately 75% of the subscribed capital.

Golden Monarque offers an investment opportunity through its available subscription fund:

The Monarque Portugal Hospitality and Tourism Fund (MPHT)
Available for Subscriptions. The Monarque Portugal Hospitality and Tourism Fund (MPHT) was launched in February 2023 and is accepting subscriptions at the moment.
