Eurozone GROWTH for the next two years: PORTUGAL manages to STAY ABOVE AVERAGE
“For Portugal, Brussels anticipates growth in line with those anticipated by the Government, although with a slightly higher surplus.”
“Portugal saw Brussels’ projection being improved, becoming more consistent with what the Government anticipates. For next year, the national economy is expected to grow by 1.9% (above the 1.7% previously estimated), while 2026 closes with 2.1% (also above the 1.9% advanced in the spring).”
“Compared to the averages forecast for the euro area, Portugal maintains convergence with the bloc, consistently registering higher than average growth rates.”
